As part of their ambitious growth plans, they are now making a key hire for an exciting and memorable project that will change the landscape of one of the most iconic Italian cities, Milan.

 

Your Role

 

You will take responsibility for planning and periodically updating the program for the assigned project under the operational coordination of the Project Control Manager.

 

You will develop the detailed project schedule (Level IV) based on planned activities and quantities defined by the Technical Office and collaborate with different company functions (e.g., technical office, purchasing office, construction site) to ensure correct, complete, and timely monitoring and updating of the project schedule.

 

Your responsibilities will include compiling the daily report and being responsible for producing project status reports, including weekly, bi-weekly, and/or monthly reports, Providing estimates of man-hours required for project activities, collecting actual data, and comparing them with the planned hours, reporting any deviations to the Project Manager. In addition, you will collaborate with the Cost Controller to prepare the Cost Control Report every quarter.

 

 

You

 

You are either an Engineer or a Geometra with 3 to 5 years of experience working on-site on construction projects.

 

In addition, you are:

 

  • Experienced in large-scale projects.
  • Thrives in a challenging and changing environment.
  • You have a curious, dynamic, and proactive attitude and you pride yourself of a strong attention to detail and great communication skills;
  • Native/Fluent Italian Speaker
  • Believer in strong collaboration both internally and externally.
