Overview
Our client is an international leader in engineering and technical consulting, offering forensic consulting, construction dispute resolution, built-environment solutions, and product-development support across sectors including consumer, industrial, and healthcare.
With a global presence of over 110 offices spanning more than 10 countries and over 1,400 professionals, they deliver expert services across different industries.
While they continue to expand, they are currently looking to strengthen their Construction Advisory team and they are looking to hire professionals in their office in London and across Europe.
You
Ideally, you will have experience either in delay analysis or quantum as well as claims, disputes resolution through ADR, Arbitration and Litigation. You should be a degree-qualified engineer, quantity surveyor or construction manager and have at least 10-15 years of post-qualification experience in the construction industry or a related field.
It is important that you have experience managing a team and multiple clients, ideally you have your personal client portfolio and revenue that you can bring to the business.
Familiarity with program management software, such as Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, and MS Project, is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
