Cost Controller

As part of their ambitious growth plans, they are now making a key hire for an exciting and memorable project that will change the landscape of one of the most iconic Italian cities, Milan.

Your Role

You will take responsibility for the cost control of the project and periodically help the Project Manager update the budget for the assigned project. 

You will take care of inputting the initial Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and subsequent revisions into the company's management system and support the Project Manager in verifying subcontractors' billing requests and recording the completed services in the company's management system.

Additionally, you will interface with various company and project managers, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely monitoring and updating of costs, reporting any inaccuracies and deviations from the budget and updating estimates of the costs to complete based on information (timelines, quantities) received from project collaborators (planners, contract engineers, etc.)

You

You either have a degree in Ingegneria Gestionale or Economia.

In addition, you are:

• Experienced in cost control on large-scale projects.
• Thrives in a challenging and changing environment.
• You have a curious, dynamic, and proactive attitude and you pride yourself on a strong attention to detail and great communication skills;
• Proficient in Ms Excell
• Native/Fluent Italian Speaker and good knowledge of English.
