Background
Anzurra is currently working with a key client in the construction industry, searching for a Contract Manager to support their growing operations. This role will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing contracts for large-scale, complex Pharma projects.
Our client is experiencing strong demand in the Pharma sector and is focused on sustainable growth. The role will be part of a newly created section, working on international projects that aim to deliver social, environmental, and economic results. The projects are diverse and will offer significant opportunities to make a difference.
Role - Contract Manager
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee contracts on large-scale technical projects within the Pharma segment, you will manage all aspects of contract negotiations, risk management, and compliance, ensuring that contracts meet both legal and commercial requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize complex technical contracts
- Subcontract Management
- Provide advice to project managers on contractual topics, including risk identification
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to resolve contractual and commercial challenges on-site
- Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and legal standards
- Oversee timely and accurate invoicing to secure project liquidity
You
As a professional with experience in contract management, you bring a collaborative approach to your work and possess excellent negotiation and communication skills. You will have a strong commercial understanding, the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and the capacity to make independent decisions in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
- Degree in engineering, law, or a related field
- Several years of experience in contract management with a focus on risk management
- Proven expertise in negotiating complex contracts
- Proficiency in both Danish and English
